CCA Tuition fee (as of 2011)
Greetings from the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila, the Philippines’ pioneer in professional culinary education and the first and only school in Asia with academic programs accredited by the accrediting commission of the American Culinary Federation Foundation (ACFF).
These are the full-time courses that we are offering;
DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS AND MANAGEMENT
This two-year program is designed to develop the student’s culinary skills and competencies in planning, operation and supervision of an institutional or commercial kitchen. Students undergo actual hotel work in their apprenticeship. Management classes are also incorporated in the program to ensure that the students are armed not only with exemplary culinary skills but also pertinent knowledge on the career that they wish to pursue. It has 10 levels, with the duration of 2 - 2 ½ months for each level. Tuition fee is roughly Php 790,000.00 with inclusions of chef uniform, knife kit, ingredients and textbooks.
CERTIFICATE IN CULINARY ARTS
This one-year program is designed to meet the needs of students who wish to pursue a career in the food service industry. The program’s philosophy is to provide you with a foundation on the theories of food preparation and basic professional culinary skills, exposing you to the various aspects of the industry as you prepare to enter the culinary profession. It has 5 levels, with the duration of 2 - 2 ½ months for each level. Tuition fee is roughly Php 416,000.00 with inclusions of chef uniform, knife kit, ingredients and textbooks.
DIPLOMA IN BAKING-PASTRY ARTS AND MANAGEMENT
This two-year program is designed to provide students with a specialized training on the principles, procedures and techniques in baking and pastry arts. Emphasis is in providing intensive hands-on laboratory experience as well as externship for a thorough mastery on procedures and techniques. This course prepares the students for bakeshop/bakery operation, as well as Intensive Bread Baking and Pastry Arts preparation. It has 10 levels, with the duration of 2 - 2 ½ months for each level. Tuition fee is roughly Php 690,000.00 with inclusions of chef uniform, knife kit, ingredients and textbooks.
CERTIFICATE IN BAKING AND PASTRY ARTS
This one-year program is designed to provide strong foundation on the principles, procedures and techniques in baking and pastry arts. This program culminates with industry practicum to ensure mastery of professional techniques and procedures. It has 5 levels, with the duration of 2 - 2 ½ months for each level. Tuition fee is roughly Php 380,000.00 with inclusions of chef uniform, knife kit, ingredients and textbooks.
We accept students four times a year for the culinary courses, every June, August, October and January. On the other hand, we only accept students for the baking every June.
The payment options for our Academic Programs will be cash, check, credit card and cash/check deposit (through bank – RCBC Savings Account).
We have two kinds of payment scheme: The per month basis which is roughly 38,200.00 for each month of the first year and 34,200.00 for each month of the second year. For the monthly payment scheme you will have to issue a post-dated check dated every 5th of the month for 12 months.

For the 1 year ( 1-12 months ): P 38,+++.00 / month
For the 2 year ( 13-24 months ) : P 34, +++.00 / month
Baking & Pastry Arts
For the 1 year ( 1-12 months ): P 34,+++.00 / month
For the 2 year ( 13-24 months ) : P 28, +++.00 / month
On the other hand, we also have the per level basis, for example level 1 is roughly 122,055.00, you can pay in a 2 (63,500.00) or 3 (43,200.00) installment basis that is payable within 2 1/2 months.

sabado, kaarawan ng isang kaibigan
naimbitahan kaming mga dati niyang kaklase o tropa...
spaghetti, menudo, igado, dinuguan, puto, kanin, pepsi, gran matador at pineapple juice. (sila lang uminom ng alak, dia ko kasali...ü)
masayang gabi ang nangyari, nagkantahan, kamustahan at alam niyo na.
HAHAHAHA..XD
nagregalo ako ng isang makintab na belt na kulay rosas galing sa makati. (kailangan pa bang sabihin ito?)
16 na daw xa..(sa pangalawang pagkakataon) 17 ka na diba?
malalim na ang gabi, at hindi na ako umuwi sa aming bahay sa cavite, kaya dito ako makikitulog sa bahay ng aking tropa, nagpaalam naman ako kaya walang problema. bukas nang umaga ako uuwi, dahil marami pang kailangang gawin...
